Neglecting hair loss (Alopecia) could be costly. Male-pattern hair loss, Female-pattern hair loss, alopecia areata and telogen effluvium are common types of hair loss. It could lead to psychological stress because it affects beauty.

Causes of Hair Fall:

→ Any kind of physical stress like severe illness, pregnancy or surgery can lead to hair fall.
→ Too much vitamin A can lead to hair loss.
→ Lack of protein. If there is no power then no production.
→ Male pattern hair loss triggered by genes and male sex hormones. Or Female pattern hair loss caused by genes.
→ Emotional Stress can cause hair fall but not as much as physical stress.
→ Anemia caused by iron deficiency.
→ Hypothyroidism. If the thyroid gland is underactive, it could lead to hair fall.
→ Vitamin B deficiency.
→ Sudden weight loss.
→ Ageing.


Remedies:

amla
1. Indian Gooseberry (Amla): It is rich in vitamin C which prevents hair fall. Regularly massage scalp with amla oil to boost hair growth. Leave for 20 minutes and then wash. Amla not only promotes hair growth but also strengthens hair, removes dandruff.




onion
2. Onion: Peel the onion and cut them. Add it in a blender with some water and mix it. Then filter out the juice and apply it on your scalp. Gently massage with your fingers. Wash your hair after 30 minutes.




beetroot
3. Beetroot: Beetroot contains nutrients essential for hair growth. Include it in your diet. Even you can make juice of it. Beetroot also contains many nutrients like Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Iron, Calcium and also has antioxidants.




coconut milk
4. Coconut Milk: Take a fresh coconut and grate it. Then, add it in a muslin and squeeze the milk out of it. Then apply it on your scalp. Coconut milk moisturizes the skin and thereby lowers hair fall and hair breakage and makes your hair healthy.






oil massage
5. Oil Massage: Massage your head using coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil or others. Make sure you are applying it on the scalp. Leave at least for 30 minutes and then wash. Do this at least once per week.
