How to defend against Bullies
If you are having bully and if  he/she is making you uncomfortable in front of your friends, then don't be sad. Everyone has gone through bullies in some time or other in their life.

Remedies:

1. Ignore it: Don't take it personally. Commonly, they need a punching bag to get rid of their anger or frustration. Mostly, it has nothing to do with you.


2. Show minimal reaction: Do not show your feeling towards bullies. Don't show any vulnerability like crying, sad, being scared etc. Act like it is not affecting you in anyway. Main intention of any bullies is seeing you cry in front of others and laugh at you.

3. Be strong: Act like you are confident. Don't ever feel weak. Bullies will trouble even more if show them that you are weak. Bullies get more pleasure, if they think that they are emotionally torturing you. 

4. Don't bully back: Don't fight with a bully, because that's what bullies want. They will beat you with their power and will make you feel more sad and worthless. But if it continues, be sure to stand up against them.

5. Learn self-defense: Practice some self-defense moves in case you need to defend yourself. Self-defense is only to get out of uncomfortable situation. Don't turn it into a fight. Learning self-defense is not for revenge but to rescue yourself from conflict.

6. Report to Responsible person: It is always wise to report to authoritarian about bully. You can report it to parents, principal, lecturers, boss, or even police. Reporting defends you in future conflicts. Remember, Bullies will haunt you continuous because it makes them strong, so putting an end by talking to people is very much important.
