Controlling anger is very important before it controls you. Anger is normal emotion but it turns into unhealthy when it goes out of control. But the positive side is that, it's your emotions so you can control it.

Why Anger is Bad ?
Bad Decisions: Anger makes irrational decisions which end up in bad. As I already said, When you are angry, you are doing stuff without your knowledge. If Anger is out of your control, you will often, end up in doing bad things after which you will probably regret your actions.

Headaches: Often, Anger causes stress which makes neck and scalp muscles to tense up. There are various types of headaches caused by anger. But 'tension headaches' are common in them. Some can lead to 'migraine headaches' which is riskier and have severe pain.

Heart-related risk: Studies have shown that anger increases risk of heart attack. Anger makes your heart to race faster and also breathing could get fast.

→ Other psychological issues like depression, frustration, anxiety etc.

How to control it?
1. Think before act: In every argument, do not simply act, think for a moment what are you gonna say or do. It really helps in avoiding unnecessary conditions. Or when things start to fall apart, simply move away from it.

2. Identify solutions: Working on finding solutions to the problem is very helpful. Try to make some points on how you can eradicate the problem. Make a rational decision. Try to avoid the problem if necessary.

3. Practice yoga: Try to do yogasanas for 10 - 15 minutes daily. Try to meditate for 15 - 20 minutes daily. Practicing yoga daily will definitely give you results. It's helpful in maintaining good state of mind.

4. Healthy Diet: Yes, your diet will affect your mood. You are what you eat. Eat healthy foods like vegetables, drink juices. Try to avoid junk foods and processed foods, oily and spicy items, these are not good for your health.

5. Rest: Sleeping for 7 - 8 hours is very essential in order to maintain healthy mind and body. Restlessness will lead to a tired mind and ultimately, cause many health problems especially, psychological issues. Even after coming from the work if you are tired, you can take couple of hours sleep. It will heal your mind.
