How to get rid of LONELINESS
Loneliness generally includes anxious feeling about lack of communication with friends and families. It feels like neglected from others or socially isolated.
Common causes:
→ Lack of friendship during childhood and adulthood.
→ Breakups, divorce or losing a best friend.
→ Rejection by group to include you.
→ Social anxiety or fear of rejection.
Remedies:
1. Meet friends: If you have some friends around you, go out and meet them. Having a friends by side will make your loneliness go away. You can keep in touch with your family members and friends via social media sites. You can use your mobile as a great tool for loneliness.
2. Loneliness is not same as Isolation: Often, loneliness is triggered by some sad memory. Sometimes you may be overreacting to the situation. You might not that lonely as you are thinking or feeling.
3. Distract your mind: Do any work. It can be anything that makes you busy like watching movie, playing games, going out, cooking, cleaning house etc.
