A headache is a common problem that can affect any person. A headache can occur in any part of the head or both side of the head.

Types of Headaches:
→ Tension Headaches: this is the most common type of primary headaches. A person with a tension headache feels pain on both sides of the head. And the severity of pain can range between mild to moderate but sometimes maybe severe.

→ Cluster Headaches: This includes a severe headache on one side of the head or around the eye.

Rebound Headaches: Rebound headaches are caused by medicines that you take to treat your headache. Such medicines should not be taken without asking your doctor or reading instructions carefully.

Migraine Headaches: Migraine headaches comprises of fear headaches and eye pain sensitivity to light or sound or even formatting. And these are caused by specific changes within the brain. Some of the causes for migraine headaches are food, medications, stress etc.

Hangover Headaches: Hangover headaches are caused by drinking of alcohol. Some of the symptoms of hangover headaches are nausea or vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound, dizziness, thirst and weakness.


Remedies:
1. Almonds: Almonds can be a healthier remedy for treating tension-type headaches. Because it contains 'salicin', it relieves the pain. Eat some 7 to 8 almonds.

2. Yoga:
Common cause of headaches is stress and to get rid of that you need to relax. Yoga will help you in focusing your mind and relaxing yourself. There are several asanas in Yoga that you can try to relax yourself.

3.Water:
Drinking of water daily to keep yourself hydrated and keep your mind healthy. Not drinking enough water could trigger your body to get water from any available water source from your body, even from your mind which again triggers headaches.

4. Foods:
Try to eat healthy foods and maintain a healthy diet daily. Avoid eating junk food and greasy foods also spicy foods.
5. Consult a doctor.
