Causes:

1. Not brushing properly: Not combing regularly can make hair have more dandruff.

2. Dry skin: People with dry skin have more hair fall than others. Dandruff and dry skin can cause itchiness. Dry skin causes scaly flakes.

3. Seborrheic dermatitis/eczema: Because of the increase in the production of sebum from sebaceous glands around the hair follicles leads to a greasy and oily scalp. Stress and certain medical conditions also lead to Seborrheic dermatitis.

4. Scalp psoriasis: Disorder that makes reddish scaly patches. It can affect your entire scalp. Symptoms may include itching, red patches, burning sensation and hair fall.


Treatment:

1. Oil Massage: You can use coconut oil and lemon juice to get rid of dandruff. Heat 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and mix it with the same amount of lemon juice. Apply the mixture on your scalp and leave 20 minutes and then wash your hair.

2. Fenugreek: Regular use of fenugreek seeds makes your have longer and shiny. And this is because fenugreek seeds contain protein and nicotine, which will be useful in preventing the hair fall. To apply fenugreek seeds first of you should soak it overnight to soften them. Then ground into a cream or paste and then applied on your inherent all and leave about half an hour. Just make sure it doesn't go to your eye.

3. Curd: Mix curd with egg to make a thick paste. And apply the mixture over your scalp and hair. Leave half an hour, then wash with a shampoo. To avoid the unpleasant odor mix some lemon juice.

4. Baking Soda: Next 2 to 3 tablespoons of baking soda with warm water. Mix it well and apply on her scalp and leave for 2 to 3 minutes. And then wash it using your shampoo.
